James Caress, Esq.

James Caress, Esq., is a personal injury lawyer who brings extensive experience to Arash Law. Mr. Caress demonstrated an early interest in the law, participating in Trial Advocacy programs throughout high school, college, and law school. Early in his legal training, James demonstrated strong courtroom skills and exceptional advocacy abilities that foreshadowed his future professional success.

Mr. Caress earned his Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), graduating with departmental and college honors. He then went on to study law at Loyola Law School, where he was a member of the school’s Byrne Trial Advocacy Team. While a law student, James took externships with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office and the Federal Public Defender’s Office.

James began advocating for the rights of the injured after graduating from law school and has significant experience representing individuals who have been injured by the recklessness and negligence of others. His varied background and commitment to supporting victims make him a valuable addition to our legal team in pursuing compensation for the injured.
