Inland Empire Car-Bicycle Accident Kills Victim,Two Weeks Later. Case Settle by Los Angeles Lawyer

His bicycle was struck by a car on February 2, 2011 at the intersection of North Grove Avenue and Sixth Street in Ontario. Razo was attempting to cross N. Grove Avenue near Sixth Street, in Ontario, California, when he was hit by a 2002 Volkswagen Jetta.

Fortunately, the driver of the Jetta stopped and called police. Officials say that they are still determining who was at fault for this car/bicycle accident. The report states that the bicyclist, Razo, was crossing at the intersection. We don’t know if the driver of the Jetta was impaired, distracted, speeding or otherwise negligent.
